Kaiut Yoga with Michelle Anderson recorded on demand. The Spring 2021 series of 7 class videos will be available
immediately after you sign up for the series in your
Punchpass Content Library. Class links will
also be emailed 20 minutes prior to scheduled class time. Recommended schedule for practice between March 27-April 4 is shown below. Videos will be available in your Punchpass Content Library until the end of April so you can practice at your own pace.
Registration for the entire series closes on March 26. Individual classes in the series can still be taken by reserving a spot in the corresponding "Kaiut Yoga On Demand" class shown on
the schedule prior to the scheduled class time.
March 27, Class 52: Hands, arms and shoulders! You will need a bolster, a yoga belt/strap, a block/book, and space at the wall.
March 28, Class 47: This class combines unspecified engagement and structure in the core of the body with coordination and control, in supine (lying down) and standing positions. You will need a mat, bolster, and a block or book, possibly a chair.
March 29, Class 42: A class for circulation, plus work with shoulders/upper back/and hips at a new angle. After exposing rigidity in the toes/feet/ankles, we integrate with the balance center in some standing positions. Have a space at the wall, a bolster or two, possibly a chair.
March 30, Class 37: A class for mobility in your hips, combined with spinal and arm movements, and integrated with standing positions and fluidity! A slightly longer class utilizing bolsters/pillows, a strap/belt, and a chair or wall. Alternate sitting positions are given for anyone with sensitive hips, knees or lower backs.
March 31, Class 33: This class has a powerful benefit to the nervous system and circulatory system. Decrease sensitivity and painful responses, plus deliver more mobility, freedom and safety to pelvis, hips, legs, and knees. Have a wall space, a few bolsters/pillows, and a belt, possibly a chair.
April 3, Class 27: A class using your paws! This class has a huge circulatory benefit combined with mobility in ankles and feet, plus hand/arm movements and a few unique standing positions. Have a bolster/pillow, a block/book, and a space at the wall.
April 4, Class 22: This is a slightly shorter, faster class, in part because it has a certain amount of intensity. This is a good representation of the kinds of things we do in Kaiut yoga, combining work for the hands, arms and shoulder girdle with spinal mobility, plus continued intellectual understanding. You need a bolster/pillow and a belt/strap.
